Ukraine:Draghi, first step, a return to the Minsk agreements
Italy's Prime Minister said at a press conference

(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 22 - "Relations between Ukraine and Russia
are governed by the Minsk Agreements, which neither part has
respected. So, respect of these agreements could be the first
step in dealing with the crisis." Italian Prime Minister Mario
Draghi said at a press conference. Then he pointed out that the
information about the massing of military forces on the
Ukrainian border goes in the opposite direction. (ANSA).
