(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 22 - From December 27, Austria will take stricter measures to curb the spread of the Omicron variant. The government will enforce curfew for bars and restaurants from 10 pm and some restrictions for events. In addition, the president of the national 'Gecko' task force, chief medical officer Katharina Reich, has called on Austrians to renounce New Year's Eve parties. "Celebrate if possible outdoors, in a restricted area and only with vaccinated people," Reich said. (ANSA).
