(ANSA) - MILAN - Prelios - a statement issued by the company reported - purchased in Germany long-term management of the 'A2 Center' in Hanover and of the StadtGalerie shopping center Velbert in Velbert. The two centers cover a total surface of 50,000 square metres. Located in Hanover, the A2 center, bought by a fund operated by Redevco, is part of the commercial park Altwarmbuechen-Isernhagent, covering 150,000 square metres in the Northeastern area of the city. It was enlarged in 2013 and spread over 35,000 square metres of commercial space, with about 2,000 parking spaces and over 30 business outlets.

The center in Velbert - the company Projektentwicklung based in Duesseldorf obtained a planning permission permission in July and will open it at the end of 2018 - will have 13,000 square metres of commercial space, 550 parking spaces and about 40 shops. 80% of the commercial space has already been leased, and the centre will have a retail area for the fashion industry covering about 50% of the whole commercial space.
