Serbia: 161 tonnes of napalm were destroyed in Sweden

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT. 20 - About 161 tonnes of napalm powder from Serbia were destroyed in Sweden, with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Serbian defence minister Zoran Djordjevic reported. As local media reported, the destruction of napalm powder is mandatory in accordance with the CASM convention (Conventional Ammunition Stockpile Management) launched in 2011, with the aim of reducing the exposure to hazards of local communities and natural environment.(ANSA).
