Government announces 112-115% GDP growth in 5 years

(ANSA) - TRIESTE - The Government of Belarus plans to focus on the development of nanotechnology, biotechnology, robotics and medical industry over the next five years, economy minister Vladimir Zinovsky said as reported by Belta agency.

The minister underlined that the focus on innovation, the development of new products and of the conventional industry will generate the 112-115% GDP growth rate over the next five years.

Referring to the Government 2016-2020 Plan for economic and social development, Zinovsky reminded that the investments are a priority, 'prefereably fixed capital investments', in order to facilitate the creation of new companies, jobs and innovative products. (ANSA).
