Germany, ZEW confidence index drops to 6.4 points in May
From 11.2 points in April. The first decrease in three months

(ANSA) - ROME - Abrupt drop in German investor confidence: in
May, the index calculated by the ZEW institute fell down to 6.4
points from 11.2 points recorded in the previous month.
This is the first decrease in the last three months and it's a
clear sign of slowdown in economic growth, against expectations
of economists interviewed by Bloomberg, who spoke of a potential
rise to 12 points. (ANSA).
