Half for roads and half for railway network
03 August, 15:49(ANSA) - BERLIN - German Government gave green light to a 270 billion euros investment plan in infrastructure until 2030.
The fund, approved today by the Council of Ministers on a proposal by Vice Chancellor and Economy Minister, Sigmar Gabriel, (SPD) will be allocated to the construction of infrastructure railways and roads, improving what already exists by removing the main critical issues.
Half of money is intended for roads and motorways, 42 percent goes to the rail network. The program now will be approved by the Bundestag in autumn. (ANSA).
