(ANSA) - PORDENONE - Eight million euros have been made
available for the works (from July to September), planned to
enlarge the platform of Pordenone Intermodal Terminal. And the
first train will enter service by next summer.
The news was reported by the president of the Intermodal
Terminal - Wholesale Centre of Pordenone Giuseppe Bortolussi,
during the conference held in Munich at Transport logistic,
trade fair dedicated to intermodal transport.
The announcement was made during a forum dicussion focusing on
'What strategy for the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region', which was
also attended by the President of the Autonomous Region of FVG
Debora Serracchiani, along with the Regional Councillor for
Transport and Infrastructure Mariagrazia Santoro. The Intermodal
Terminal - Wholesale Centre is hosted by the pavilion set up by
the FVG Region in Munich, to enhance the visibility of the whole
regional transport and logistics system. (ANSA).
