Germany, government cuts growth forecast to 1.5% for 2017

2016 GDP confirmed up 1.7%. Gabriel presents spring estimates

(ANSA) - BERLIN - The German government cuts economic growth forecast for 2017, now estimated to be 1.5% (in October it was 1.8%). Forecasts envisaging a GDP growth of 1.7% for 2016 are confirmed, Vice Chancellor and Economy Minister Sigmar Gabriel said today in Berlin, presenting the spring forecast. (ANSA).
