Serbia, opposition protest in Belgrade

(ANSA) - BELGRADE - Thousands of opposition supporters gathered in front of the Serbian state electoral commission.

Opposition parties in Serbia united for a protest against what they claim was vote rigging in the country recent parliament elections in favour of the center-right Serbian Progressive Party of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.

Some supporters hold placatrds and banners readingin Serbian Cyrillic letters: 'Vucic you thief, you stole the elections', referring to the Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, and 'Because of freedom', during the opposition rally. (ANSA).
