Air Serbia resumes flight Belgrade-Zagreb, after 23-yr break

(ANSA) - BELGRADE - Serbia's national flag carrier Air Serbia resumes flights between Belgrade and Zagreb, after a 23-year break. Two daily connections from Belgrade, scheduled at 7:35 am and at 6.20 pm, and two from Zagreb, at 10.05 am and at 8.40 pm.

The first air connection between the two cities was operated in February 1928 by Aeroput. Jat Airways resumed this flight in April 1947 after World War II, and continued to operate it until August 1991, when the Serbo-Croatian war broke out.(ANSA).
