(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 8 - Half of the 18,000 jobs that
Deutsche Bank will cut as part of the restructuring plan
announced in recent months will be cut in Germany. Bloomberg
reported, citing some sources. According to those sources, the
group, which employs 91,700 people around the world of which
41,700 in Germany, aims to reduce the workforce even in the
retail sector after the announced reductions in the London
office, which is also threatened by Brexit. The non-brilliant
signals of the German economy, on the brink of recession, could
also weigh on this decision, which is in line with those made by
other large European groups, such as HSBC (ANSA).
