Serbia: permit issued for 168-meters 'Belgrade Tower'
Skyscraper will be the flagship of Belgrade Waterfront project
08 February, 10:39The skyscraper will be the "tallest building in Serbia", with 47,500 square meters on 40 floors, the ministry said in a statement. The total investment for the construction will be 12 billion Serbian dinars, approximately 101 million euros. The tower, the ministry added, will host also a five star hotel, restaurants, recreation and sports facilities. At the top of the building visitors will have the possibility to access an observation deck, offering a 360-degree view of Belgrade.
