(ANSA) - PRAGUE - Total immersion in music at the Bohemia Jazz Festival (July 11-19) or at the Bohemian and Moravian Castles music festival. Even this summer, the Czech Republic offers numerous festivals which are able to satisfy fans of any musical genre. Dating back to 2005, when they were first organised, these festivals take place in the squares of major historic cities; you can listen to great artists belonging to a single genre but also to a mix of blues, funk and world music.

Events are hosted by the city of Prague, Liberec, Brno, Tabor, Pisek, Plzen and Domazlice. Throughout the summer the Castles in Bohemia and Moravia will host different concerts. The Mighty Sounds festival (July 22-24) in the town of Tabor is unmissable for those who love genres such as punk, punk rock, rock'n'roll, hardcore, reggae, ska, rockabilly or indie rock. 80 out of the 100 groups attending the festival will come from abroad. Even the Czech capital will host 'Swing Me Prague' in August, (Aug.

13, for those who appreciate electro-swing) and Prague Sounds Good (August 23-24), where groups such as Millencolin or NOFX will perform. (ANSA).
