'Thank you Italy, for supporting Serbia', Vucic said
Meeting with premier Conte. Bilateral relations are excellent

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 6 - Serbia's president Aleksandar
Vucic thanked the premier Giuseppe Conte for Italy's commitment
to supporting Serbia's path towards EU membership and Belgrade's
efforts to reach a compromise agreement on Kosovo. ''I am very
grateful to president Conte for all he said in today's meeting,
underlining that Italy will be 'ambassador of Serbian requests'
on the path to Europe'', Vucic said in a joint press conference
with Conte. The Serbian president highlighted the excellent
bilateral relations and said he was ''honored to host the
Italian premier'', paying his first official visit to a Western
Balkan country. (ANSA).
