(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 12 FEB - A high-level meeting has been held
on the European Battery Alliance in Brussels, Belgium, among
European Commission Vice-President for Energy Union, Maros
Sefcovic, State Secretaries of Germany Matthias Machnig, of
Poland Michae Kurtyka and of Sweden Niklas Johanson along with
European Investment Bank Vice President Andrew McDowell.
This kind of product could reach in 2025 a 250 billions euro value, as Sefcovic said. McDowell announced more financing in addition to the ones for a Sweden project.
Next meeting is scheduled on February 23 during 'Industry Days'. (ANSA).
