With this transaction, which takes place through the subsidiary T-Mobile Austria, the company will be able to offer converging services to 6.7 million customers, with sales of around 1.7 billion euros. The agreement could also help for an integration between the same Liberty Global, which is headed by the American billionaire John Malone, and the Vodafone group, on which there were rumors and public statements by managers of the American group.
