Zalando: revenues 6 months up 21.5%, strengthens in Italy
Opens new logistics centers in Pavia and Poland

(ANSA) - ROME - Zalando grows and strengthens in Italy.
Revenues from the first half rose up 21.5% yoy to EUR 2.080 billion, with an adjusted EBIT of 102.1 Million (margin of 4.9%), in line with the previous year. Growth of Annual turnover is expected at the top of the Fork 20-25%, with Ebit margin corrected in the part Bottom of fork 5-6%.
In an expanding perspective, Zalando intends to expand its network of distribution in Europe with two large dimension logistic centers in Italy and Poland. The new structure in Italy will be comparable to those of existing hubs Lahr, Erfurt and Moenchengladbach, and will operate in parallel to Stradella's satellite store but will also serve Other European markets, with a focus on South Europe.
