The first constitutive session of
the Belgrade Municipal Assembly, which was scheduled for today,
has been postponed due to a lack of quorum attendance. A new
attempt will be made on March 3, the last day permitted by law
for the Assembly's inaugural and constitutive sessions. If this
time there is no result, new elections will be held.
