The new board of directors of
aerospace and defence giant Leonardo on Tuesday tapped ex
ecological transition minister Roberto Cingolani as its new
managing director.
The 61-year-old Milan born physicist, academic and manager was
appointed in the first act of the board after it was named by
shareholders Tuesday morning.
It also named Lorenzo Mariani as co-director general of its new
business and operations division from June 1.
