Former Italian golf prodigy Matteo
Manassero on Sunday retained his one-stroke lead following the
third round of the Jonsson Workwear Open in South Africa on
Saturday to win his first victory on the DP World Tour in over a
decade.
The 30-year-old from Veneto won the tournament in Edenvale, near
Johannesburg, with a total of 262 (68 61 67 66, -26) strokes.
His last career success on Europe's top men's golf circuit dates
back to May 2013, when he won the BMW PGA Championship at
