Unsettled Inter striker Mauro
Icardi will never join Juventus, Inter President Steven Zhang
said after a shareholders meeting on Monday.
"We'll never sell Mauro Icardi to Juventus," Zhang told
reporters.
"We believe he will keep growing with us".
Last week Argentina striker Icardi was stripped of the Inter
captaincy and the skipper's armband handed to Slovenia goalie
Samir Handanovic.
He was also reported to have been dropped from the squad to
face Rapid Vienna in the Europa League on Thursday night - but
coach Luciano Spalletti told a press conference in Vienna this
was not in fact the case, and Icardi had himself chosen not to
join the squad.
Icardi has been in the news recently over a long tug-of-war
on the renewal of his contract amid rumoured links to a move to
Chelsea or Juve.
