Italian golfer Francesco Molinari
spoke with ANSA on Monday on the train back from Paris, where
Team Europe won the Ryder Cup, and said he felt the team gave a
"message of cohesion" about Europe.
"It was really exciting to hear spectators of various
countries cheering Europe, Europe," Molinari said.
The Open champion, who became the first European to score 5
from 5, added that despite the fact he lives in London, he feels
"100% Italian" and was proud to wear the Italian flag during the
awards ceremony.
