Artificial intelligence and Big Data
will boost people's health, Israel's Expo Dubai 2020
commissioner Elazar Cohen said at the "Artificial Intelligence &
Cybersecurity for human health" international event organized by
Italy, Israel and the United Arab Emirates at the Italian
pavilion at the world's fair.
"Faced with the pandemic, I think the theme of artificial
intelligence and cybersecurity in health is something really
significant," said Cohen.
"The world is changing very fast an we must be very flexible in
order to adapt.
"I think artificial intelligence and Big Data are already giving
their contribution in health, in the pharmaceutical sector, in
medical devices."
Cohen recalled that he had been lucky enough to sign the first
accord between Italy and Israel on research and development and
technology, in 2000, along with then industry minister and
future premier and Democratic Party leader Enrico Letta.
"We must make every effort to create synergies between Italy,
Israel and the UAE", said Cohen.
