The last case against former health
minister Roberto Speranza relating to his management of the
COVID-19 emergency and in particular the vaccination campaign
was shelved Thursday, as had the been the previous ones.
The case was shelved by the ministers' tribunal in Rome.
The court recognised that Speranza had acted "exclusively" in
the interests of people's health and safety after the latest
complaint over the vaccinations.
It said his conduct had always been correct.
