The Italian interior ministry said
Saturday it will appeal against a Catania court's ruling not
upholding the detention of three migrants after judging the
government's recent migrant decree illegitimate.
The ruling Brothers of Italy (FdI) party earlier called the
ruling, which it said had freed four Tunisians, political and
ideological.
Magistrates union ANM said it was simply democracy at work, and
not interference in the political sphere.
