EU citizens don't want leftist
utopias, Premier Giorgia Meloni told Fox News in an interview to
be broadcast Sunday, an except of which was released Saturday.
"The big difference between conservatives and the left is that
we deal in reality, while they want a world which is not the one
we live in and they're not worried about that," she said.
"That is what is happening in Europe.
"So they make many mistakes by trying to follow their
ideological approach. Citizens are now grasping this difference
and in difficult moments they ant to be governed by people who
don't follow ideological utopias".
Meloni was answering a question on politics in Europe.
