The changes approved on Tuesday by
the government's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)
task force to the targets for the fourth installment of EU
funding for the massive post-Covid recovery programme will allow
Italy to "stay on track" and "request the fourth installment in
the coming days", European Affairs Minister Raffaele Fitto has
said.
"This path" of reviewing the targets 'will lead to the request
for the entire fourth installment, without envisaging a
reduction in funding," Fitto said at a news conference after the
task force meeting.
The fourth installment should amount to 16 billion euros.
