Things are moving on the energy crisis in the EU, outgoing Premier Mario Draghi said on the sidelines of Friday's EU summit in Prague.
"On energy the things are moving. The Commission will present to the Council on October 19 a proposal in which three elements - trying to cut prices, to have an element of solidarity in the mechanism, and starting a reform of the electricity market - will be present," he said.
In other remarks, Draghi said there would be a conference on Ukraine reconstruction in Germany, and that the EU was "curious" about the formation of Giorgia Meloni's likely next government in Italy, but not concerned about it.
