Minister Graziano Delrio on Friday called the government's new
public-tender code "a revolution of normality" and said that the
new regulations would once again make projects and worker
quality paramount.
"It surpasses the objective law in which everything was
urgent and a priority, and we go back to a healthy and pragmatic
feasibility," Delrio said.
"We know that to unblock works we had to reform the rules
and this is what we've done with the tender code".
