Four members of the Ultima
Generazione (UG, Last Gneeration) climate crisis activist group
were indicted by Rome prosecutors Thursday for having thrown
vegetable soup on a painting by Van Gogh on show at Rome's
Palazzo Bonaparte on November last.
The Van Gogh, The Sower, was not damaged as it was behind a
glass sheet.
The trial has been set fro October 12 before a single judge.
The four risk four years in jail for damaging property.
