An Italian mother and her daughter
gave birth a day apart at the weekend, sources said Monday.
The mother, Mara, is 35 and her daughter Paola is 20.
They gave birth to a girl, Futura, and a boy, Giovanni, just
over 24 hours from each other.
The newborns weigh 3.8 kg and 3.4 kg respectively and are doing
fine along with their mothers, sources at Naples' Cardarelli
Hospital said.
Both mothers were said to be "over the moon" at the new
arrivals.
