COVID facemasks will just be
recommended, and not compulsory, at upcoming school exams in
Italy, sources said after a meeting between Education Minister
Patrizio Bianchi and Health Minister Roberto Speranza Monday.
An obligation to wear masks will be lifted for the exam at the
end of middle school and for the 'maturità' school-leaving exam,
they said.
