Facebook operator Meta has removed an
Italian anti-vax network from its platforms saying it was guilty
of "mass harassment" and "brigading" or bullying of other users.
It said the people using the network had used fake accounts to
carry out a campaign of intimidation against pro-vaccine
posters, including doctors, journalists and politicians, "in
order to intimidate them and make them fall silent".
Meta said it would take "further measures" if it found any other
violations of its user code.
The anti-vax group called itself V_V.
