A new government decree signed on
Tuesday by President Sergio Mattarella states that people will
be eligible for the Green pass enabling them to travel abroad
after the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
The decree says that the Green Certificate is valid for nine
months once a person has completed the vaccination process.
But is also says that a pass should also be issued when a person
gets the first jab of a vaccine, if it is a two-dose one, and
this is valid from 15 days afterwards until the date for the
second jab.
