The European Commission will
on Wednesday publish its roadmap for action leading to the
creation of a Security Union in the fight against terrorism, EU
sources said on Tuesday.
Most of the initiatives are already set out the Security
Agenda published last year, the sources added.
The document will take stock of progress so far and outline
what member states still need to do, particularly with regards
to sharing information among national police forces.
This issue will also be discussed at a meeting of the EU's
justice and home affairs council in Luxembourg on Thursday.
