(ANSA) - Milan, January 15 - Swiss food giant Nestlè announced on Thursday that it will host an interactive exhibition in the Swiss Pavilion at the Milan Expo 2015.
Nestle Research Center, the world's largest private nutrition research center, Nestlé Institute of Health Science, and the Italian food science Institute for Auxology created an exhibition chronicles the relationship between mind, body and food, and the mechanisms that lead you chose what you want to eat.
The exhibition consists of a four-part program that reviews brain growth and development, hunger and satiation, the roles of senses and emotion in nutrition, and the future of food and health.
Additionally, the exhibition opens with Nestle's "First 1000 Days" program focusing on how nutrition contributes to brain and body development from conception to Year 2.
