Italian fuels giant Eni and Oando,
Nigeria's main energy company listed in NIgeria and
Johannesburg, on Monday signed a deal to sell Eni's wholly
controlled Nigerian energy company NOAC to Oando.
NOAC is active in the West African country in exploration aad
production of onshore hydrocarbons and the generation of
electrical power.
The operation is in line with Eni's 2023-2026 Plan and its
closing is subject to the authorization of all local regulatory
competent authorities, among other things, an Eni statement
said.
