(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 18 - Istat said Monday that its
House-Price Index (HPI) increased by 2.0% in the second quarter
compared to the previous three months and by 0.7% compared to
the same period in 2022, according to preliminary estimates.
The national statistics agency said prices were up even though
the volume of property sales was down.
It said sales were down 16.0% in the second quarter year-on-year
and by 8.3% on the previous quarter. (ANSA).
