Guido Crosetto, the co-founder of
Giorgia Meloni's Brothers of Italy (FdI) party, said Monday that
the incoming centre-right government will work with the
executive of outgoing Premier Mario Draghi to get the 2023
budget law ready in time.
"The budget law has to be sent to Brussels on October 16,"
Crosetto told an FdI event.
"So the new government would have one day to do it (after taking
power).
"That is why I think we should work on dialogue between the old
government and the newly elected one, working together".
