A norm against jihadi 'lone wolves'
has been approved by the House constitutional affairs committee.
The norm sets a jail term of up to six years for terrorists
acting alone who collect war-grade weapons or materiel and
gather information on carrying out terror attacks.
The Italian criminal code does not currently set specific norms
for such cases.
The norm now goes before the House for general debate.
