(ANSA) - Rome, September 1 - The board of troubled Rome transport company ATAC on Friday approved a court-regulated arrangement with creditors as part of the bid to keep it afloat.
Unions, however, have said they will stage a protest at city hall on September 7 and hold a four-hour strike on September 12 against a solution that "endangers employment levels, salary rights and worker regulations".
