Touil, a Moroccan national suspected by Tunis of involvement in
the Bardo Museum massacre who a Milan court has refused to
extradite, will be held in a centre for identification and
expulsion (CIE) until he is expelled from Italy, police sources
said Wednesday.
Touil, 22, is "in Italy without a regular permit of stay
and so an expulsion order has been issued against him; pending
its execution he will be held in the CIE in Turin," a statement
said.
