Michael Sciascia, the
president of the Campania Audit Court, said Tuesday that the
functioning of the public sector in the southern region was
extremely poor. "In 2016 a sorrowful picture emerged of public
management in Campania, permeated on a large scale by
inefficiency, inadequate services, waste, bad organization and
corruption," Sciascia told journalists as he illustrated his
report for coming judicial year.
