Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan
said Tuesday that he was optimistic about Italy's economic
prospects even though the international climate has been made
more uncertain by the Brexit. "We are in a period of volatility,
the Brexit has increased this in an already uncertain world,"
Padoan said. "In this situation we have to look to the long
term. I remain very optimistic about the fundamentals of the
Italian economy".
