Premier Matteo Renzi said Tuesday
that his Democratic Party (PD) will stage events on this
Thursday, which would have been the deadline for some property
taxes scrapped by his government, to vaunt his executive's
record on cutting taxes. "On Thursday 16 million Italians will
not pay TASI on their first homes," Renzi said in his e-news
newsletter. "They won't pay agricultural IMU either and they
will finally see cuts in (regional business tax) IRAP".
