The Tuttofood biennial food
exhibition wants to capitalise on its success at the Expo 2015
world fair so that it can become a global reference point for
the food and farming sector, organisers Fiera Milano said.
With a year and a half still to go until the next Tuttofood
show in 2017, exhibitors have already booked a third of the
space occupied in 2015, Fiera Milano said.
Those interested include some of the biggest brand names,
firms from all the major Italian production regions and several
international names.
"The initial feedback in 2016 confirms that Tuttofood knew
how best to use the boost from Expo with a long-term
perspective," said Fiera Milano CEO Corrado Peraboni.
He said Fiera Milano was aiming to use resources from a
recent capital increase to bolster its plans to grow
internationally and promote "Made in Italy" products.
