Two city of Milan managers and one
official were arrested on Tuesday by finance police in relation
to a probe into alleged tender-competition rigging, sources
said. The case regards alleged manipulation of "the awarding of
some tender competitions" in favour of the Consorzio Milanese
Scarl consortium and companies linked to it, sources said.
