Tunisian terrorist Moez Fezzani, who is considered to have been one of ISIS's recruiters in Italy, has been arrested in Sudan, anti-terrorism sources Monday. Fezzani, who is also known as Abu Nassim, was part of a Milan-based group that recruited people to send them to theatres of conflict between 1997 and 2001. He was given a definitive conviction for criminal association for terrorism in 2014, but he had been ejected from Italy in 2012 after being acquitted at the first-instance trial.
