In Tirana deal on roaming charges for Balkans: von der Leyen

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 6 - "With today's agreement, telecom
operators will start lowering data roaming charges between the
EU and the Western Balkans, starting next year," the President
of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen said on Twitter today.
"This is good for business and tourism" and "it is also a great way of bringing people closer together," she added. (ANSA).
